Terms and Conditions

General:
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we have any reason to believe that the sale and delivery of the goods
in question would constitute a financial risk to us.

Prices:
Prices quoted include VAT and exclude delivery. Delivery on orders over £200 is free.
We cannot accept orders less than 12 bottles.

Delivery:
Preparation and delivery times quoted by us are intended as a guide, and we do not accept liability
for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Payment:
Payment in advance by debit/ credit card or cheque is required prior to the delivery of goods.

Warranty:
If you have any complaints about obvious defects, short deliveries, or breakages, we should be notified
as soon as possible. In the event of justified complaints we undertake either to supply a replacement
free of charge, or if this should not be possible to refund the purchase price.

Retention of title:
Goods supplied by Patriarche Wine Agencies will remain the property of Patriarche Wine Agencies until
payment in full has been received for them.
