Consumer Customer Service

Our experienced and wine trained customer services team are on hand from
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm to help with any of your enquiries. You can contact

Whether you want some wine inspiration for a party, can't find what your looking for,
you're experiencing a problem processing payment, or you require special delivery instructions
to be attached to your order our team are waiting to hear from you. 

We aim to deliver everywhere within the UK (remote locations may incur a small surcharge). 
We use trusted outside couriers to deliver your goods Monday to Friday between
8am and 6pm with the exception of public holidays.
